On Saturday the Blue Lake Archers held their tournament at Mt Gambier, which was attended by approximately 40 archers from various clubs.

Great Southern Archers were strongly represented by 11 members, making up almost a quarter of the competitors.

Our club had a very successful event with most members placing first in their respective divisions!

Congratulations to Pat Coghlan, Sherry Gale, Graham Kuchel, June Fennell, Bev Grubel, Aaron Grubel, Jesse Gale, Jason Howe, Briony Phipps, Tristan Barrett on obtaining first place!

Following the event a dinner was held at the Mt Gambier RSL, and the place getters were presented with a certificate and a badge from Blue Lake Archers.

The event will be held again next year, let's hope we can be as successful again.
