VENUES
Great Southern Archers (GSA) caters for all forms of archery - target, field and clout disciplines at Strathalbyn and indoor at Goolwa. We cater for all equipment types &endash; Olympic (recurve), compound, longbow, crossbow and barebow. Our club facilities are wheelchair friendly.
The club has its outdoor range at Forrest Road Strathalbyn.
Juniors are catered for with the Australian Junior Archery Development (AJAD's) program on alternate Saturday mornings during the school year.
Saturday afternoon rounds cater for all age groups all year round. Check Calendar for updates.
Indoor Archery is held in the Goolwa Sports Stadium, Glendale Grove, Goolwa on Monday evenings.
TIMES
* AJADs classes commence at 9am and run until 11am. Archers should be there at 8.45am to set up equipment.
* Afternoon classes run from 1pm to 4pm, be there at 12.45pm to set up.
* Indoor archery at Goolwa commences at 7.15pm and runs till 9.30pm.

All beginner classes are held at Strathalbyn until the coach judges the archer to be at a suitable standard to shoot indoors.

STA is affiliated with Archery South Australia Inc. which is part of Archery Australia. Archery Australia is recognised by the world archery body, FITA (International Archery Federation). We are also affiliated with Crossbow Australia which is recognised by the World Crossbow Shooting Association (WCSA).
